This map illustrates the approximate areas of flooding and mudslide damage resulting from Typhoon Durian ("Reming") near the town of Nasisi, west of Mt. Mayon Volcano, Albay Province, Philippines. Damage identification has been done using SPOT-5 satellite imagery recorded on 12 December 2006 and Landsat imagery from 2002, and has not yet been validated in the field.
