This map illustrates satellite-detected areas of likely flood water in Pangasinan Province, Ilocos Region, Philippines, based on change detection methods using ENVISAT ASAR WS data acquired over the area on 9 October 2009 and 22 February 2008. This flood assessment is a preliminary analysis & has not yet been validated in the field. Map scale for A3:220,000; Projection :UTM Zone 51 North; Datum :WGS-84.
