RADARSAT-2 imagery were used to map water surfaces following the Nargis Typhon impacts. The flood layer is overlaid onto a SPOT5 reference image processed into natural colours. This image acquired the 2nd of March 2008 is used to map the water bodies visible before the arrival of the monsoon season.
